Details: System is infected with fakeav. Resolution: Killed processes using our security agents. Cleared temporary files, disabled system restore, reset IE defaults, cleared startup locations, downloaded and installed malware tools. Installed and updated MBAM, Spybot, and SAS. Setup scan with all 3 tools.
